Jim Clap, manager of J&J Clap Electric, was inspired to go into the electrical trade by his father, Joel Clap, who began working in the trade in 1972. Jim a licensed electrician and electrical contractor opened the business in 1997, and Jim and Joel were the J&J in J&J Clap Electric until Joel passed away in March 2000. Jim continues to run a successful business, honoring the fine tradition of quality work and superior customer service that were the hallmark of his father.

Today J&J Clap Electric proudly serves Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven Counties in Ct and Westchester & Putnam counties in NY, employing 4 Licensed electricians and 2 apprentices.
